THIS IS THE UNIVERSAL APPLICATION. If you will be participating in more than one capacity (i.e. as a performer, but also as a volunteer), you will need to complete the application twice, once for each role. This is a themed event, all booths will be required to be decorated to fit the theme and all participants are expected to dress appropriately.

Covid Compliance: We will follow all Covid compliance restrictions that are suggested by the State of California and the Shasta County Department of Public Health at the time of the event. This may include wearing masks and social distancing to the best of your ability at an event of this type. We will expect all participants to be in compliance to the best of their ability as well. *

If you experience any of the following symptoms 48 hours prior to event setup, please stay home and take care of your health: fever or chills, coughs, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle  or body aches, headaches, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. Please make sure that all of your group members and/or employees are aware of Covid symptoms and understand the necessity to stay home if they exhibit any. If it is necessary for you to stay home due to Covid symptoms, we will provide a full refund on your booth fee. *
Last Covid related bit. We will ask all participants to sign a disclaimer waiving Golden Goblin Productions of liability in the event of Covid exposure as a result of participation in the event. *

Just FYI stuff - Event is at the Shasta District Fairgrounds, 1890 Briggs St, Anderson, CA 96007. *Set up will begin Friday, May 28th 9 a.m. *Event runs Saturday, May 29th  10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, May 30th 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. *Guilds and Performers will be allowed to camp in their encampment on-site, but all mundane camping gear must be stowed before gates open. Mundane tent camping is $20/night; RV camping is $20/night without hookups and $30/night with hookups. PLEASE BE ADVISED, THE FAIRGROUNDS DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF METAL STAKES. Parking is available for free outside the fairgrounds in the patron lot. If you want to park inside the fairgrounds, the fee is $6/day. THE FAIRGROUNDS WILL BE LOCKED TO VEHICLES DURING THE EVENT. IF YOU PARK INSIDE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE OUT UNTIL THE EVENT CLOSES FOR THE DAY.   *
