Welcome to the Tazuz Aviv 2024 Soccer League equipment registration form. By filling out this form, you're signing up your team for the league.The team captain will be in charge and act as the intermediary between our staff and the team.
7 VS 7 games, six players + goalkeeper. We highly recommend gathering at least 10 players to always have a full team.
Aviv 2024 - General Information:
- Season Time: Beginning on March 29th to May 31st
- Mabat Soccer Field - Link to location Click Here - Game Days: Fridays from 10:30 am to 12 pm
- Game Duration: 40 minutes (2 halves of 20 minutes each)
- The team's participation fee is 2500 NIS.
- Registration deadline: Tuesday, March 26th

Registration ProcedureThe Team Captain must fill out the "Teams" registration form, acting as the team's representative.
The captain will receive an email and will be responsible for distributing the "Individual" registration forms to the team members.
Each team member must complete the "Individual" registration form, providing detailed information.
Team members must complete the individual form before the league's start date, and Tazuz's representatives will ensure the process is completed.
The team captain is responsible for collecting and paying the team's fees. Tazuz will prominently display participation fee information on its website, app, and registration forms.
Captains must make a single payment. (One-transaction). We dont accept coins.
