GYROTONIC ® Applications for Dancers Level 1 課程介紹

This course is designed to work with the community learning phrasing in patterning through movement. It explores movement through phrasing and development of weight shift, stability, strength, and coordination. There are elements of Dance as well as Gyrokinesis that enhances the understanding of rhythm, and how to coordinate the body through patterns of movement that establishes strength building and balance. This course also has music just like a dance class. I help teachers understand how to work with clients as well as how to build a group class that is fun and creative but at the same time rewarding and its structure of conditioning, the body mind and spirit.

這堂課的主要是教學如何將動作換化成樂章。透過重心轉移、穩定度、肌力強度、協調度與音樂性的練習，這些元素是舞蹈的，也是嬋柔運動的。透過這堂課程，我們不僅僅會了解到嬋柔運動的節奏性，更能學會如何在動作中的變化中協調，並建立強度與平衡。這堂課程是有配樂的，猶如舞蹈一般；我會幫助指導員了解如何運用音樂幫助客人，以及如何設計有趣、具創意性，但是同時又能強化身心健康的團體課程。

Adrianna Thompson 培訓大師介紹

Adrianna Thompson 是少數既可以認證GYROTONIC® 也可以認證GYROKINESIS®師資的考官。Adrianna 有幸在90年代的時候跟隨創辦人Juliu Horvath 在紐約市的White Cloud Studio 學習與一起工作了很長的時間，並教學嬋柔運動系統至今。有鑑於在嬋柔運動系統化初期所使用的舞蹈元素並沒有被包含在GYROTONIC® Foundation培訓課程哩，Adrianna和她的同事Mariam Barbosa 在Juliu的指導下，開發了專門針對舞蹈的培訓課程: GYROTONIC® Applications for Dancers Level I & II 並從2008年起教授至今。

除了嬋柔運動系統的培訓教學，Adrianna也是一位舞者與編舞。Adrianna 跟許多舞者與舞團合作，包含 New York City Ballet, Jose Limon, Martha Graham, MOMIX Dance Company 以及Aspen Santa Fe Ballet 等等

Adrianna 也在許多提供大師課程的教學，包含在世界多國舉辦的 The Silesian Contemporary Dance Conference, 以及Kansas School of Classical Ballet。此外,Adrianna 曾在Aspen Santa Fe Ballet 任教職超過10年，並且是Missouri River Dance Company, Kansas School of Classical Ballet and Martha Graham Dance Company 的客座教師。
