Information in the REUNION COMMITTEE DATABASE is closely held in a Google Contacts application and is only selectively made available to other members of the committee for the purposes of doing their jobs, such as sending out reunion event information. Information in this database is NEVER SHARED with classmates who are not on the reunion committee!
2. Second, it gives you a way to control how contact information about you is made available to your classmates in a completely different and restricted access database hosted on this website. Information in the XCELLENT DIRECTORY database is viewable only by vetted classmates who have registered for access by completing this or a previous contact form, AND have agreed to share their contact information with other registered users.
Completing this form is required if you want to update your contact information with the reunion committee and/or manage how your information is made available to others. We simply have no other way of efficiently and effectively managing accounts of over 750 classmates!
At the end of this form, you can decide how the contact information collected on this form is displayed in the Xcellent Directory. You can choose to share your contact information with classmates who are registered users and logged into the system, or you can hide your information from them.
