Hello and Welcome!  This survey is intended to gather additional thoughts and information not communicated at our meetings and to expand input to those who couldn't make the meeting.   It is a short survey, and at the end you will get a copy of your responses and a link so that you may come back and edit your responses.  Survey is being conducted by Facilitator Susan Hockenberry for a summary report.  Individual responses are confidential.  

The first section is to get to know more about you and what your experience is as a municipal official.  

In the second part, we hone in on your experience working multi-municipally.  

Lastly, we ask you to select the priorities identified in the comprehensive planning process that resonate with you and your community.  

We ask all officials in the Alle-Kiski Planning District territory to participate. This is a survey of elected and appointed  municipal officials only.
