Dear PTS Rep / Facilitator,

Thank you for your service in making the teachings available to those who are looking for them.

The purpose of this form is to notify PTS of your intention to facilitate an introductory PTS class. Once your class is approved, it will be included in a weekly report sent to John Morton so that it can receive the Traveler's blessing.

The next step in this process is to complete the class request form below. The form will take 5–10 minutes to complete. Click "Next" at the bottom of this page to get started.

You will need the following information:
A) Full Name(s) of Facilitator(s), and Facilitator(s)-in-Training (if applicable)*
B) Primary Contact Person name, email, and phone number
C) Name of Class
D) Location or Platform for Class
E) Day, Date, Time, and Time Zone of Class
F) Anticipated Number of Participants (If Applicable)

Please allow up to seven days for your class to be approved. Once approved, you will receive an email with links to access class materials and valuable support resources.

We recommend that you give yourself a minimum of one month to create and promote your class. If your class start date is within one month, please consider rescheduling to a later date.

*Facilitators & Facilitators-in-Training need to be active. Active status means they have facilitated at least one PTS class in the past 24 months. In addition, facilitators need to have an active subscription to Discourses, or if Discourse 144 is complete, SATs.
