Virtual Storytime Request Form
Virtual Storytime is now ON DEMAND ONLY. You MUST request a virtual storytime NO LATER THAN 12 pm on the Monday before the Storytime you would like to attend virtually. I will record the meeting and post the video the following Thursday morning, and create the curbside kits requested in this form to go with the video. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Filling out this form does NOT automatically schedule a pickup for you. The appointment will be final once I've sent you a confirmation message. Choose between a curbside or walk-in pickup. You can see all of our upcoming events on our calendar here.
