Please use this form to apply for enrollment at Bethlehem Early Learning Center for the 2022-2023 school year.  Please complete the application for each child enrolling.
Registration for new families will open on January 18.  New families may complete the application beforehand, but it will not be processed until January 18.
Application is not fully processed until $75 non-refundable reg. fee + 1 Months Sec. Deposit is received.  Within a few days of application, you will receive an invoice via email for this amount.
