Orca Online Registration 2022/23 - Now open!

Prior to entering the pool on Sunday, October 2, fees must be paid for, and a casino deposit of $350 provided to Orcas. This is a casino year - and the dates are December 30 & 31. You will receive your deposit back once you complete one shift. 

Swimmers must also register with Canadian Artistic Swimming due to new rules with CAS. This registration is mandatory for any swimmer and fees go directly to CAS. After you fill in this form, we will send you a CAS registration link in the registration call email. Please check your email for more details. Swimmers from previous years may be contacted directly by Alberta Artistic Swimming. If you have questions about how to do this contact orcasynchroclub@gmail.com

All practices will be held at either Terwillegar Pool or another place TBD as Scona has closed. We are working with pools to determine start dates and will let you know as soon as we do.

Our first day in the pool is October 2nd, 2022 at Terwillegar Pool from 9am to 1pm.

If you are interested in extra routines, please indicate if you would like a solo or duet, and your preferred partner below. Extra routines are subject to availability and are likely to be held on Sundays. Final decision will be at the discretion of the Head Coach.
Is your swimmer interested in learning about coaching and joining the Mentorship program that will run on Sundays?  Your swimmer must be 15 years old or older, have had previous artistic swimming experience and enjoy working with children.                                           *Please note, this program is dependent on interest and is at the discretion of the Head Coach.  **Participants will be required to take an AquaGo Assistant course to be able to participate.

This year is a "Casino Year".  I will write a cheque for a refundable deposit of $350 that will be returned after a casino shift is completed, or if there isn't a casino this year. I understand my cheque will be deposited if I do not fulfill my shift.  I will inform the casino coordinator of my attendance. *
Please read the following Refund Policy and check that you have read and understand: Withdrawals up to the third practice receive a 50% refund, but there is a minimum $50 administration fee as well as a $70 cost for the swimsuit.  Once the third practice starts, there will be no refund. Please note that you must withdraw, not just stop attending.  Withdrawing  in this manner allows coaches to plan for their team. To withdraw, notify the registrar at orcasynchroclub@gmail.com. *
