FunFitness
The name of our physical exercise video game is FunFitness.

Once you start FunFitness, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire that asks about accessibility support and health conditions. Our game supports screen readers, 10 languages, and closed captions. The game will also decrease exercise intensity, provide heart rate monitoring and suggest breaks based on your answers to the health survey. After that, you will be presented with a game menu.

Parts of our Game
You probably already know some of these games; here are how you play the new ones:

Dartball is played by sitting still in a chair, and then you aim balls on the dart board. The board has 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 point markers and this game can be played with two or more players.  Whichever player gets 50 points first wins!

Tennis Basketball is played like normal basketball except you have to hit the tennis ball into the hoop with a tennis racket.

When playing a game, you can choose multiplayer or single player. In multiplayer, it is online so you and other players don’t have to be physically together.

If you get tired, and need a short break to breathe, there is a feature called the Break Button. The Break Button can be activated while playing multiplayer or single player games. When playing multiplayer sports, the other player(s) will get a five second warning before the game pauses for 5 minutes.

Possible Controller Positions

Health Adaptations of Game
Before a player begins a sport, the game will calibrate the controllers to learn a player’s limits of strength and stamina. After this, it makes their avatar move in a similar way as someone without increased limitations.

The game also monitors your heart and if your heart rate is too high or low, it will pause the game for you and tell you to call 911. The game wants you to be safe. The heart rate sensor is located in the controller, which will be located on your body. The game also asks about how frequent you have had a heart attack at the start of it. Based on how bad the heart attack was, the game will decrease the intensity so a heart attack does not happen again because the creators of this game do not want that to happen.

If you have exercise induced asthma, the game will decrease the intensity depending on how frequently you have an attack.
