I am finding as the class numbers grow once again,  I can not always give everyone the attention I want in regards to their injuries or muscular imbalance so if you are willing to give me some info I can better help you with those issues. in and out of class :)

If you want me to be able to contact you, you can leave info here but I am totally fine if you skip this one :) I find facebook and text/call the best way- email is not my favourite but I can use it if needed.
What Injuries do you have? Explain in as much detail as you can.  If you have copies of Xrays, MRI's ect and are willing to share you can send them to jopaulgaard@shaw.ca

What other classes do you go to (or home workouts or physio) either here or elsewhere and when and how often?
 
I just want to ensure you are balancing your movement/exercise to ensure you are not over doing it in one particular area which can lead to overuse injuries and/or muscular imbalances.  ex- Mondays- Jo's Beginner Bootcamp and my physio for my back, Tuesdays with Curtis, Wednesdays 1 hour of Pilates at home and my physio for my back  Thursdays- go for a 30 minute walk outside at a moderate intensity Fridays-Sunday rest (If you are willing to take the time and write out details to your home programs it will make if even easier but give me as much or as little info as you are willing. If it is long you can write it on a word document and email it to me at jopaulgaard@shaw.ca

Do you have anything you would like me to change about Bootcamp? This is where you get to give me your feedback. We have a large spread in abilities at this point so it can be challenging but I do want to ensure everyone is getting what they need/want.
