Transition-Aged Youth Survey on Technology and Mental Wellness Apps
The Youth Leadership Institute is partnering with San Mateo County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to outreach to transition-aged youth (15-25) with the goal of this project being to help reduce stigmas associated with mental health issues through education while increasing access to care by connecting transition-aged youth  (TAY) to in-person services.

Through this survey, your input will be able to help us understand what TAY needs are around technology and mental health apps
