The questionnaire is divided into five sections for each Point of Opportunity: Personal, Economic, Social, Educational, and National.  At Grand Opportunity USA, "GOUSA", our motto is "Unity, Liberty and Opportunity for All" and we believe that the purpose of government, and our elected government officials, is to enable and provide an opportunity for a better life, and a more free & prosperous future, for all of our citizens.  Our questionnaire has been created in alignment with this simple philosophy.

The survey is brief, and there are 36 short questions in all for you to answer on a scale of Disagree (0) to Agree (5).
