Purpose(s) of Use:

The intended use(s) of any photos/video footage recorded is for:

Promotional Materials: The photos/video footage may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, posters, websites, social media platforms, and newsletters.
Educational/Training Purposes: The photos/video footage may be used for educational or training purposes, including workshops, presentations, or online courses.
Reporting to Whistler Multicultural Society's funders and sponsors. Note that all materials used in funder/sponsor reports will be anonymous.

I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

I understand that my participation is voluntary, and I will not receive any compensation or royalties for use of the photos/video footage.
I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to grant this permission. If I am under the age of 18, I affirm that my parent or legal guardian has provided consent on my behalf and has read and understood this release form.
