I agree and understand that in order for my child to benefit from this training, they must attend all sessions and must complete all tasks set, in addition to regularly reviewing material between classes.

I agree and understand that these training sessions, wherever and however they are held, are completely confidential and private between the trainer and attendees. I therefore understand that I or my child must not make any recordings in any audio and/or video format and if we do, we will be in breach of these terms and conditions, may be subject to legal action and of forfeiting any payment/s that may have been made. The trainer also reserves the right to exclude me/my child from any remaining training with immediate effect in such circumstances.

I also agree and understand that the Zoom sessions may be recorded. Any recordings remain the property of Yusra Training and Therapy and further that images or video from the said recordings may be used for marketing and promotional purposes at the sole discretion of Yusra Training and Therapy.
