    Note requests that show willingness to plan own trip and be flexible in times of uncertainty get preference

Please be aware that we ONLY reply to those whose projects we are interested to support. If you do not hear from us, it is because we will not be able to provide financial support for your trip.

You should expect that your trip sponsorship starts with flights from Denmark or Iceland and not from your origin countryNote that in Copenhagen you may have to cover 1 night both before and after due to the flight schedule.

Visit Greenland does not usually cover 100% of a media's trip to Greenland, but can help with flights, accommodation and/or experiences. Gastronomic experiences can also be included depending on relevance.

Air Greenland & Icelandair have strict baggage weight restrictions, see below, and that you are financially responsible for any overweight baggage.
6 kg carry-on with Icelandair / 8 kg carry-on with Air Greenland.
20 kg checked baggage on both Icelandair and Air Greenland.
