Please read all of the information below before completing this form.  If you are a member of an organization/group arriving early (athletic team, band, etc.) you should NOT submit this early arrival request form, since the department hosting you will submit your name to the Office of Residential Education (Res Ed).

All residence halls for upperclass students will open at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, August 26th.  Requests to arrive earlier than Saturday, August 20th will NOT be honored.  In addition, requests to move in on Wednesday, August 24th will not be honored due to this being first-year move-in day.

Students who are approved to return early will be billed according to the fee schedule below.

- Students who submit their early arrival request between July 6th and July 31st will be charged a one time early arrival fee of $100

- Students who submit an early arrival request after July 31st will be charged a one time early arrival fee of $200

- Students who arrive to campus prior to Friday, August 26th and do not complete an early arrival request OR were denied a request to return early will be charged a one time fee of $200

All upper class students may arrive without a charge or Early Arrival Request beginning Friday, August 26th.
