Wer zum Gebetsabend am 10. Januar 2022 kommen möchte, soll dieses Formular bis 12:00 Uhr am Samstag, den 08. Januar 2022 ausgefüllt haben. Im Laufe des Fragebogens könnt ihr angeben zu welchem Gottesdienst ihr kommen möchtet. Pflichtfragen sind mit * gekennzeichnet.

Spätestens am Sonntag vor dem Gottesdienst wirst du per Email eine Rückmeldung von uns erhalten, ob du zu diesem Gebetstreffen kommen darfst. Wenn du keine Rückmeldung erhältst, schau in deinem Spam-Ordner nach und melde dich bitte bei uns: office@cc-duesseldorf.de. Gib deine E-Mail-Adresse sorgfältig ein, damit wir dich mit der Bestätigungsmail erreichen!
