The purpose of this fund is to provide Hamline Midway residents and business owners the opportunity to improve the quality of life in our neighborhood by doing one of the following:

● Bring new and diverse people into conversations and activities in our community
● Strengthen existing relationships/partnerships in our neighborhood
● Increase people's impact on public decisions and community life
