Join Gary for his fun self-defence workshop at Big Love at 2pm on Saturday! The workshop last 2 hours and is completely FREE - but advance registration is a required as places are strictly limited!

This will be a fun workshop and fairly low impact and not very physically demanding and is suitable for participants from most levels of physical ability!

The session is completely free, but a donation towards Gary's travel expenses is appreciated.
