Peer Tutoring Sign-Up 
Teachers and students, please use this form to sign students up for peer tutoring.  Teachers, please work with your students to complete this sign-up if you would like a student to attend tutoring. 

Once the form is complete, the student will be connected with a peer tutor who will reach out via email to set up day/time for tutoring session(s).  Students can sign up for one-time help or multiple sessions are needed.  

Sessions will be 7:45 - 8:30 am M-F.  Students will meet in Room 100 or 101 or the counseling office for sessions.
