Should I be selected, I agree to abide by the rules, guidelines, and any other necessary policies made by BMBA, to ensure a respectful, positive, healthy, and developmental season for all athletes. *
I understand that I, and any additional assisting coaches, parents or adults,  are required to provide an updated and clear Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector check to BMBA prior to attending/starting  any practices/games etc with any minor of the association.

I understand that anyone who has not provided the required documents to BMBA may not be in the dugout, on the field or involved in any sanctioned BMBA activities until one has been provided.  

I acknowledge I may be removed as a team official should said checks not  meet satisfactory levels in completion or submitted to BMBA on or before April 15, 2024 *
