This form is for Juniors that are Flex-Learning in the Webster Area School District. All students in 11th grade need to take the Math and English Language Arts Smarter Balanced Assessments. The available dates and time slots are Monday April 5th, Tuesday April 6th, Wednesday April 7, Thursday April 8th, and Friday April 9th from 8:30-11:30 am with Mrs. Larson. The afternoon time slots will be with Mrs. Norton.

Smarter Balanced Assessments take approximately 4 hours for all four tests, similar to the ACTs. Please make sure that you are signed up for 2 blocks of times.

Students are allowed to use their personal headphones (non-Bluetooth) and pencils. It is also optional for students to bring in their own snacks and water bottles.
