Collecting Feedback: A shared definition of leadership
From the Movement Strategy conversations, leadership development was identified as a movement priority. As a result, a community-driven working group called the Leadership Development Working Group (LDWG) was formed to help draft a shared definition of leadership. This is a starting point to fostering leadership development in the movement.

The Leadership Development Working Group consists of members from different regions, communities, languages, and roles in the movement. This first draft of the leadership definition was written after months of discussion, learning and sharing from our community perspectives. In order for this definition to be relevant, recognized, and used by diverse communities across the Wikimedia movement, this definition needs to include various voices and experiences. To achieve this goal, your feedback is important. Please share with us your opinions about the current draft definition. Which parts do you agree or disagree with? Feel free to add more ideas to extend its scope to different levels.
