Dear Colleague,

We want to thank you for your interest in being a part of the Meet the IAU Astronomers! programme.

In this form, are a few questions that will allow us to best match you with the requests from our community of outreach professionals and formal educators around the world.

Once we find a match between you and a selected applicant, we will place you in contact, via email, with our IAU National Outreach Coordinator (NOC). The NOC will conduct and arrange the details of the meeting.

The details of this application are valid for a period of six months. We will then contact you again to renew or update your participation in the programme. As not to overburden any of you, we will request no more than four meet-ups during this period.

After the meet-up we will ask for feedback on the experience and how we can improve future editions of this event.
