Reciprocal Work: Boss-Employee Relationship Survey 
Hi there! Thanks so much for helping us understand the state of reciprocal work relationships between boss-employees. 

Here's the plan:
  • This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete
  • Your responses will remain completely anonymous (unless you wanna talk, we're always game!)
  • Results will only be used in aggregate form (combined with other responses)
  • There are no right or wrong answers - please answer honestly based on your experience
  • If you are a solo-preneur please answer the questions from the perspective of your last company job. 
  • You will be asked about your experience as an employee. And, if you have direct reports, the survey will ask you about your experience as a boss.
