About The Workshop:
ACT I GARLAND WALTZ -

In Act I of The Sleeping Beauty, the kingdom celebrates Princess Aurora's 16th birthday. The atmosphere is festive and the celebration is made complete with a waltz danced by the villagers with garlands.

This waltz became one of Tchaikovsky's most famous works. It later became a song titled Once Upon a Dream, which was written for the 1959 animated musical fantasy film Sleeping Beauty produced by Walt Disney.


Prerequisites:
1. This is a fully-vaccinated workshop. Masks may be removed when dancing.
2. The variation will be taught at the beginner level. No dance experience required.
