Spanish Placement Exam.
Please read the following directions carefully.

This exam is designed to help you decide whether Elementary Spanish I (1601), Elementary Spanish II (1602), Intermediate Spanish I (2601) or Intermediate Spanish II (2602) would be the best fit for you.

You are not required to take the course that is recommended for you but if you have any questions about the placement recommendation, please email Dr. Julie Stephens de Jonge at jstephens@ucmo.edu

The exam will take about 20-30 minutes. You will need to be able to listen to audio files.

In order to receive a score, you will need to answer every question. Depending on your level of Spanish, you may find some questions very difficult. Don't worry! Go ahead and guess.

If Google offers to translate the exam for you, be sure to say "no", or the results will not be valid.
