Vendor Rules & Regulations for Art Show
Vendor Rules
Vendor, and Vendor's permitted use of the licensed premises, will comply at all times with the regulations of Cultural Center of North Texas and Vendor shall cause all of its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees to comply at all times with regulations. Violation of any provision of the Vendor Regulations shall be a material breach and default by the Vendor. The Vendor may be asked to vacate the premises immediately. Failure to vacate may subject the Vendor to civil and/or criminal remedies.

Cultural Center of North Texas or its designee shall reserve the right to cancel any Vendor's participation at any time if and when the seller shall be found to be in violation of any market regulation or eligibility requirement. The Cultural Center of North Texas reserves the right to revise the Vendor Regulations at any time.

1. All Vendors must abide by the health code and restrictions of the City & County where the event is being held.

2. Vendors must arrive no later than 1 hour prior to the events' start time to set up and be ready to greet patrons at the opening of the event.

3. Designation and allocation of Vendor spaces are the responsibility and at the discretion of the the Event Manager. Cultural Center of North Texas does not guarantee certain spaces to Vendors.

4.  A standard vendor space is 10 feet x 10 feet, and vendor must supply all necessary tables and displays.  

5. Vendors are responsible for their own pricing and payment transactions.

6. Vendors supply all materials and containers for the customer sales.

7. Cultural Center of North Texas volunteers may be available to assist Vendors throughout the event; however, Vendors must be prepared to set-up and break down their space and supplies and be able to move their own trash and manage supplies and products without assistance of the Cultural Center of North Texas staff.

8. Vendors determine the pricing and should display their products in a manner that presents well and draws patron interest.

9. Vendors must be courteous and polite to the public and conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Vendors will not use offensive language or gestures and should be dressed in appropriate clothing.

10. Vendors must clean up their areas at the end of the event. Trash cans will be on-site.

11. Vendors will not play music without obtaining written permission from the Cultural Center of North Texas.

12. No Firearms or drugs will be allowed at the event.

13. Smoking is not allowed inside or near the event area.

14. Artwork that will not be accepted to show for this event is anything with profanity. Be mindful that this is a family friend environment. If you have any questions about your artwork, please send an email to culturalcenterofnorthtexas@gmail.com

There is no fee to display your ART. There is no entry fee. We will have live entertainment. Wine and food for will be available for patrons to purchase.

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
By submitting this application, I agree to sell art items that I have on this registration unless addition request is created at a later date. I acknowledge full responsibility fo all my actions and activities at this event (and for those assisting me).

I acknowledge the authority of Cultural Center of North Texas and any of the nonprofits that have partnered with them for this event to settle any disputes regarding product legitimacy, procedural and vendor conduct violations, and to impose any penalties, including possible suspension or removal of any future events.

WHERE AS, I as a artist or any/or charitable organization or other type of entity (User) desires to participate in the Cultural Center of North Texas events and

WHERE AS, such organization meets the criteria for participation in the Cultural Center of North Texas and agrees to obey the CDC rules and understands the nature of operating within the Cultural Center of North Texas and their responsibilities as a Vendor or Participant, including assuming responsibility for safe operation and conduct of their business within the event; the User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Cultural Center of North Texas, it officers, agents and employees, volunteers from and against all liability for and all claims, suits, demands, and/or actions for damages, injuries to person (including death), property damage (including loss of use) and expenses including court costs and attorney’s fees and other reasonable costs occasioned by or arising out of the User’s presence within the event area permitted by the Cultural Center of North Texas conducted in connection with or incidental to participation and arising out of or resulting from the intentional acts or negligence of User, its officers, agents, employees, or person participating in the event sponsored by the User.

User further agrees that it shall, at all times, exercise reasonable precautions on behalf of, and be solely responsible for the safety of its officers, agents, employees, participants, visitors, and other persons as well as their property, while in or on the market and surrounding areas.  It is expressly understood and agreed that the Cultural Center of North Texas shall not be liable or responsible for the negligence User, its agents, servants, employees, customers, visitors, and participants.

It is further agreed with respect to the above indemnity, that the Cultural Center of North Texas and User will provide other with prompt and timely notice of any event covered in any way directly or indirectly contingently or otherwise affected or which might affect the User or Cultural Center of North Texas.

User further agrees that this indemnity provision shall be considered as an additional remedy for the Cultural Center of North Texas and not as an exclusive remedy.
