Fill out the form below to add your athlete to our Year-Round Class Waitlist.  You will be contacted via the email placed on this form when/if your athlete is accepted into a year-round class at their level.  Families will have 24 hours to respond to the acceptance email and claim their spot in class, if you do not claim the spot within 24 hours, NGC will contact the next athlete on the list.
