11:00 - Yoga Theory & Interactive Asana Lab* - Part 1
12:00 - Stay and Play or Thank You and Shabbat Shalom!

*An interactive workshop to break down yoga poses, learn what they do for you and master alignment, one posture at a time.

Location: Ashdod Beach (the exact location will be sent closer to the date)
