Welcome to the online form for booking the Wiltshire Music Connect iPads. Please note there is a 3 days turn around time between bookings.

Currently the iPads are FREE for schools or Associates providing to school a First Access Programme. However, we do ask you to share your data/work with us at the end of your project.

The term 'Full set' is to describe the following.
16 iPads (pre installed with Garageband, Figure,ThumbJam and Apple Classroom)
1 Sync and Charge Station
1 pair of Mini Rig speakers
32 pairs of headphones (with 16 splitters)
1 iPad to projector lead

If you would like smaller sets, this can be arranged, but please make us aware before booking.

If you would like any other music apps installed, this can be considered after your booking has been made. Please email Martin to find out more.

Please note, you must be a Wiltshire School, or an Associate Provider of Wiltshire Music Connect to hire these devices.
In addition, we expect you/member of staff to have completed some iPad Training, or to be able to demonstrate that someone in your organisation is able to manage the devices whilst out on loan. The technical support we provide is very limited, and does not include a 'hot line' or visits to the school.

It is expected that the sets are collected and returned to an agreed location negotiated with our iPad coordinator.

Schools which are academy schools will need to provide proof of insurance for the iPads. All schools will need to store them in a locked room.

UPDATE MAY 2021: Schools are only able to request sets of iPads for 2 NEW terms. Eg. Sept - Dec. This is due to high demand.
