X1 Bus Survey

Dear Constituent,

As you will no doubt be aware, the current operator of the X1 bus service has announced that the service will be suspended from the 2nd April.

Halton Borough Council and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority are actively looking for a new operator to take over the service. As part of this search, it is beneficial to understand the needs of customers and how the service can be adapted to meet these.

This is why I'm launching this survey to help better understand the needs of those who use the service. Below, you will find a series of questions and the opportunity to offer your thoughts in detail.
