Welcome to PCK Preschool & Junior Kindergarten Enrollment for the 2021/2022 School Year. We hope you enjoyed watching our virtual tour and we're excited you are interested in our junior kindergarten!

By filling out this form, you are indicating the class schedule you'd like for your child. We will do our best to place you in your first choice. If that class is full, your child will be placed on the waitlist. In the meantime, we will place you in your 2nd or 3rd choice depending on availability. We will contact you as an opening becomes available in your first choice.

Our goal is to confirm your child's placement by the end of the day, Friday December 18th. You will then guided to complete the full registration form. Your $175 non-refundable enrollment fee will be due by January 15, 2021.
