Thank you for your interest in the SH Journal Group!

I’m very excited to have you all join for the 2024 Winter term!

You have the option to be a participant or a leader.

The first Journal Group Meeting will begin Tuesday April 16th and will end the week of May 16th

-Don't forget to pick up your journal in 4B 3A this week

Option 1: PARTICIPANT

As a participant in the Journal Group you will be taking part in activities and having insightful discussions on themes such as

- Sustainability

- Social Justice

- Nature as Our Mentor

- Well-being/Happiness

Option 2: LEADER

- Have a minimum of 1 other friend, classmate, or relative in your journal group

- Make sure to send pictures as proof for each session

- Participate in mandatory intro to SH session

Leaders will be eligible to put their time towards
-Volunteer Hours
-Credit for E&S Certificate

LEADER of a Journal Group Information

To register for this option you must email matteo.zappone@mail.mcgill.ca

-Send the names and email addresses of the Dawson Students you wish to do your journal group with.

-Send the 6 Days that you plan to meet with your group between April 16th and May 16th

-Send the length (Min. 45mins, Max. 1hr) of each session

One person in the group must keep a brief log on the Journal entry questions covered during the sessions and send them by the last day on May 16th
