We are updating our records about photo and video permissions. In school we love to take photos and use them on displays, on our website, on Twitter, etc. Of course we can only do this with your consent. Please complete this form to indicate your preferences. You will need to complete this form for each child in school, even if you have done so recently. If you do not give your consent for photographs of your children to be taken or used, please be reassured that they will not miss out on anything in school.

This includes: for monitoring, tracking and celebrating pupil achievements; for capturing learning on our internal tracking systems; for use in pupil exercise books; for display in parts of the school which may be open to members of the public; for use on the school website; for use in school brochures promoting our work; for posting on social media (twitter). This also extends to school activities taking place elsewhere (such as on school trips, sporting tournaments and residential visits). *
