Please fill out the form below if you are interested in trying out for the JCMS boys basketball team. Due to COVID restrictions, tryouts will be held in small groups of 15 or less. You must fill out the form in order to tryout. If you have any questions about boys basketball please contact our head coach, Mike Allen (michael.allen@fayette.kyschools.us). This form must be completed by 1/15/21. Tryout groups will be sent out on 1/16/21 to the email provided below.

COVID Guidelines:
Upon arriving to JCMS all students will be screened for COVID signs/symptoms and have their temperature taken from their parents car. Students who are 100.4 or show any signs/symptoms of COVID will be sent home and instructed to contact their healthcare provider. Parents, please ensure that your child is healthy and monitor, as well as check their temperature daily to protect all athletes/participants/students and staff. ALL Students will wear a mask anytime that they are not actively participating in practice, must bring their own water bottle, towel, and personal hygiene products as needed.
