Here are a few boxes we'd like you to tick before you consider applying to us.

1. We like to invest in companies that have had some degree of customer validation - product in the market, at least one paying customer, etc.

2. We prefer investing in ventures with a strong background and credibility.

3. Outlay typically invests INR up to 2cr for a 10 - 25 % stake in the venture.

4. We also prefer to be the 1st institutional investors in the company (apart from accelerators/incubators).

We promise to read and respond to every form, although it may sometimes take up to 2 weeks due to the large number of applications we receive.
