Below is the sign-up form to be added to our September dance study trip to Havana, Cuba! We have determined that a maximum of 20 participants will be joining our trip on a first-come, first-served basis. So, please make sure to secure your spot ASAP!

Your spot is ONLY secured upon receipt of your $500 non-refundable deposit. The last day to make this deposit is 07/01/2022; however, spots are not guaranteed available due to the high demand.
