Editing - Dissertation or Monograph
Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! My name is Dr. Melanie Sindelar and I'm a translator and editor of academic writing and non-fiction books. If you're searching for someone to edit your doctoral thesis or monograph, you're in the right place. You can check out my website www.melaniesindelar.com for more information on my work.

I offer three kinds of editing:

Developmental Editing: Let me help you with the big issues of your text: structure, coherence, and argument. You will receive an editorial letter with feedback on areas of strength in your proposal and those needing development.

Line editing: My line edits improve the readability of your text: syntax, phrasing, word choice, and style.

Copy editing: My copy edits provide a second pair of eyes to fix grammar, punctuation, formatting, and spelling.

You will receive an invoice that you can submit towards your taxes.

If you would like to book several rounds, such as a developmental edit and then a line edit, or first a line edit and then a copy edit, I can offer reduced rates and package prices.

I AM USUALLY BOOKED TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE - but do contact me anyway! I often have spots that open up earlier.
