You are interested in receiving the PROFAN 2.0 program in your region and wish to hold a training within your organization for your team and volunteers? You wish to offer the training to users of your services, as well as to people who use(d) substances and their families and friends? You have heard about our training courses and wish to participate or host it?
In order to allow the planning of the training sessions that will be deployed in the years to come, we invite interested people to mobilize a group of participants and to communicate with us via this form.
You are a small organization? Do not hesitate to join forces with other organizations working in your region! If you wish to receive more than one training, please complete a form for each of the desired training courses.
If you wish to participate to a training session on an individual basis, you can let us know about your interest by filling in this form.
Please note that by the end of June 2023, Méta d'Âme and the Association des intervenants en dépendance du Québec (AIDQ) will be working on the 4rd deployment of the PROFAN 2.0 program in all of the province's health regions.
This interest form will be used to plan the 5th deployment scheduled for 2023-2024.
Interested parties will be informed in the coming months about the trainings offered in their region. Please note that since the number of attendees is limited, filling an interest form does not guarantee participation in a training course.
