Scenario:
You receive a call from a Masonic Heights parent threatening to come to the School Board meeting tonight and demanding to speak to the Superintendent. The parent says that her son is being bullied by a group of boys, to the point where his glasses have been broken several times. She asserts that she has discussed this with the principal on many occasions and that she told her son to report to issues to the principal or the teacher, but he is being told that he is too sensitive and complaining too much.
The parent also reported that her son had been coming home from school with bite marks on him and upon taking him to the dermatologist, it was diagnosed as bed bug bites. She said an exterminator checked their home and it was found to be free of any infestation. She asserts that her son continues to come home with bite marks every day, so the bed bugs bites must be happening in the classroom at school.
She wants these matters addressed immediately.
