If you're riding your own ATV/UTV, or a passenger with someone else, every participant must fill out their information and pay the $25 entry fee at check in, for a chance at the $1,000 Grand Prize. You can enter up to 5 participants per email.

This year we have partnered with the Montcalm's High School to help raise money for the kiddos.

You will have a great time riding the trail and stopping to pick up your chips at our designated locations. There will also be live music, vendors to check out and raffles once you get back to Trail 10.

CHIP RUN WAIVER

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Chip Run ATV Race (the "Event") organized by Trail 10 Pub & Grill, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk:

I am fully aware that participating in an ATV race involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury or death from accidents, collisions, equipment malfunction, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Event, fully understanding and assuming these risks.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability:

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Trail 10 Pub & Grill, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, or any other affiliated individuals or entities (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, whether arising out of negligence or any other act or omission of the Released Parties, for any bodily injury, death, property damage, or other loss that I may sustain while participating in the Event.

3. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims brought against them by third parties arising out of my participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

4. Compliance with Rules:

I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Trail 10 Pub & Grill for the Chip Run ATV Race and to follow the instructions provided by event officials, trail guides, and safety personnel.

5. Medical Treatment:

I consent to and authorize any medical treatment that may be necessary in the event of injury or illness during the Event. I understand that any medical expenses incurred will be my sole responsibility.

6. Photo and Video Release:

I grant Trail 10 Pub & Grill the right to use photographs, videos, or other media recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

7. Age Verification:

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this waiver. If I am under 18 years of age, my parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this waiver on my behalf.

8. Entire Agreement:

I acknowledge that this waiver constitutes the entire agreement between me and Trail 10 Pub & Grill and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this Liability Waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its provisions. I acknowledge that my participation in the Chip Run ATV Race is entirely at my own risk.
