2021 VHBT Virtual Obon Scavenger Hunt                   Team Registration
Thank you for registering to participate in the Virtual Obon Scavenger Hunt!  Please take a few minutes to complete this Google Form to register for the hunt!  We will soon contact you for names of your team members and will provide you with a welcome packet which will include waiver forms to be completed by each member, further details on the hunt, and FAQ/tips on setting up and operating the app.  After submitting this form, you will have the option to link to the donation page.

This activity will be run through a free app called GooseChase. You will need to download the app onto a device (cell phone or tablet) with photo/video capabilities.  How many devices would you like to register? *
Teams can register up to 5 devices.  We recommend no more than 2 adults per device.  The following are suggested donations amounts.
