For the Love Of It (or FLOI for short)
The annual weekend gathering of outdoor artists, companies, producers, movers and makers organised by NASA-UK - the National Association of Street Artists.

FLOI is our collective chance to share inspiration with each other and to reconnect with why we do what we do - 48hours of inspiration, collaboration and fun

The weekend isn't to do with finance, fundraising and getting gigs.

SHARE - Its a very hands on affair and everyone contributes something - what could you bring? A (party) Trick? A warm up game? a bit of a show? an idea to try out? a special technique? No matter how big or small - please bring something to share.

                         The gatherings are informal, creative and inspiring.

The registration fee includes access to all workshop, events, great food and all the tea/coffee you can drink.

Out There Arts will be operating a full bar in the evenings.


ACCOMMODATION
The registration fee doesn't include accommodation and you are responsible for booking your own.

To help we've put a list of suggested guest-houses etc. at www.nasauk.org/floi

For anyone with specific accommodation needs (e.g. accessibility), please let us know below if you would like some help to find the right place for you.

Nearby camping option: Vauxhall Holiday Park (1.6 miles from the venue) -- very limited availability!! Book direct with them ASAP.

Bunk in the Drill House: there is very limited handful of blow-up mattress/camper beds that will be set-up dorm style in annex rooms of Drill House. If you don't mind getting cosy and crashing with a few people, these beds are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Sleeping vans: we have a small lot a few minutes walk away from the venue - this is not for general car parking, only sleeper vans.

TRAVEL
The Drill House is a 15 minute walk from Great Yarmouth train station
There is street parking all around the Drill House. We will provide useful info and tips nearer to the time and strongly encourage carpooling!

THAT BIG THING WE HAVE TO TALK ABOUT NOW
For everyone's wellbeing we will still be cautious and reflect Government Covid-19 advice.

If you book and end up having to isolate, or need to cancel, we will of course refund your ticket.

If we cannot meet in person, we will hop over to zoom and offer partial refunds to tickets (or full if you can't hack zoom at all).

Fingers crossed, we can be together without too much worry!

This whole event is made by YOU.
We provide the logistics - You bring the content, the fun, the serious and the smart.

WE NEED LOTS OF DIFFERENT SESSIONS - these are short tasters, just 50-60 minutes long, and we like a mix or practical, physical and discussion based activities. These usually happen in smaller self-selecting groups with 3 things happening at the same time.

So please don't worry if its large or small, new or old, sensible or silly please share something of the way you work...
(you can offer more than one thing if you like, and you wont have to do everything you offer)

We will also need some of your muscle over the weekend for setups and clean-ups etc - especially at the end!
