3+ years customer service experience preferred
Must be proficient in email and spreadsheets
Love for the outdoors and people
Great with understanding people and helping them solve problems

Job Responsibilities:
Organizing inflow and outflow of customer service issues
Responding to emails / Facebook Messages in timely manner
Processing returns and exchanges
Sending gifts to our best customers and saying thank you!

Timeframe: Immediate

Position: Part-time, in-office preferred but remote ok.
