Please note these important points:
1. Participation at Ardmore Gateway Garden includes contributing volunteer hours to the maintenance of our site, typically helping with mowing or participation in scheduled work days. The number of required volunteer hours is associated with the size of plots rented.
2. At the start of the season, gardeners will be required to attend an in-person gardener meeting. This enables us to communicate important information about how we use and maintain our site. We will offer four sessions, in order to accommodate gardener schedules. You must attend a session before planting your plot.
3. The 2024 season will officially end on November 30, with the expectation that plots will be cleared and vacated for annual site maintenance. Those wishing to grow winter crops may do so only by special permission. To grow winter crops, the gardener must be in good standing and approved to renew the lease for the following season.
