Please note that this is a six-week commitment, with sessions on Wednesdays at 8 PM EST. Session dates are: 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, and 10/12.

If you're unable to attend any sessions, please indicate which sessions you CANNOT attend below.
While I will be leading this group, the support and insights that participants provide each other is critical. 

I ask that you commit to being on time, prepared, and engaged in all sessions. 

I also ask that you commit to helping me maintain the confidentiality of the group. The goal is for this to be a safe, vulnerable space where everyone feels comfortable voicing their thoughts, feelings, concerns, failures, challenges, etc.
