Advertisements must comply with all applicable laws and required or recommended industry
codes, guidelines, licenses and approvals.

 所有刊登的广告必须有经由新山中华总商会批准决定
All advertisement is subject to JBCCCI prior approval

 任何不利国家与社会稳定和谐，违反国家相关法律与政策的内容，本会将立即发出警告并暂时中止、永久中止广告刊登，不退还已交付款项并删除您的任何现有产品或服务的信息
We have the right in our sole and absolute discretion to reject or cancel any advertisements at
any time for any reason. In the event we cancel an advertisement not in connection with a
breach of this Agreement by Advertiser then Advertiser shall be responsible for advertising fees
through such cancellation.

 新山中华总商会可随时自行全权决定更改“条款”。如“条款”有任何变更，新山中华总商会将以电邮方式通知予您。
JBCCCI reserves the right to add or amend the Terms and Conditions of advertising, at its sole
discretion. If any update or amendment in the terms and conditions will be inform by email.

 所刊登的广告不得有虚假，误导，欺诈或欺骗。
Advertisements must not be false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive.

 广告内容不能包含任何侵犯第三方的权利，包括版权，商标，隐私，公开或其他个人专有权利的任何内容。
Advertisements cannot include any content that infringes upon the rights of any third party,
including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right
