위의 학생은 성 로렌스 한국학교에 등록하기를 원하여 부모 혹은 보호자의 동의를 얻어 이 원서를 제출하며 부모 및 보호자는 학교에서 정한 규칙에 따라 임무를 충실히 이행할것을 약속합니다. 또한 성 로렌스 한국학교서 일어날수 있는 어떠한 사고에 대해서도 교사, 학교, 성 로렌스 한인 천주교회에 책임을 묻지 않을것을 약속합니다. 학생들이 본교 수업시간에 찍은 사진, 오디오 및 동영상 등에 관하여 학교에 자료를 위임합니다. 본교 블로그 혹은 페이스북에 사진이 올라가는 것을 허락합니다. I/We do hereby release St. Lawrence Korean school leaders, staff and volunteer assistants from any liability whatsoever arising out of any injury, damage or loss which may be sustained by said person during the course of involvements with St. Lawrence Korean School. I/We give St. Lawrence Korean School permission to use image, voice and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images and the like taken or made on behalf of all the school activities.
